Course Instructor

Description: DynaMundo is a vibrant, research-driven, interdisciplinary network of experts with experience in consulting, modeling, and training. We partner with clients to solve complex organizational problems through a unique combination of engineering-based modeling, participatory group facilitation, and capacity development workshops.
We are searching for qualified candidates to lead or support the implementation of Systems Thinking and System Dynamics training materials to academic and professional audiences. The ideal candidate will have a mastery of Systems Thinking and System Dynamics, and is able to communicate its concepts, importance, and applications clearly. They will know how to implement a variety of pedagogical practices that support workshop members to develop their capabilities as well advance their own career and industry interests, learning how to implement training content into their applied practices.
Requirements:

Graduate degree in System Dynamics or equivalent formal training. Applied usage of System Dynamics is preferred.

Knowledge of System Dynamics software, Vensim preferred.

Experience working with stakeholders, either across disciplines or focalized in one discipline.

Experience as an instructor or teaching assistant, in-person or online. This includes an understanding of and ability to deliver high quality teaching pedagogy.

Understands the value of assessment and how to give appropriate, capacity-developing feedback.

Excellent written and oral communication as well as relationship-building skills, with a strong sense of cultural competency.

Works and communicates effectively within team settings.

Strong proficiency in English. Fluency in another language preferred.
Compensation is delivered on a commission basis per project.
