Marketing Director

Geographic Location: Remote 

 

Description: DynaMundo is a vibrant, research-driven, interdisciplinary network of experts with experience in consulting, modeling, and training. We partner with clients to solve complex organizational problems through a unique combination of engineering-based modeling, participatory group facilitation, and capacity development workshops.

Dynamundo is searching for a motivated candidate to serve in a long-term, part-time, and remote position in furtherance of DynaMundo’s marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong and creative marketing and commercial experience for a service-provision company. They will work closely with the Commercial Director and business developers to develop content highlighting project accomplishments and company awareness, driving lead generation. They will know how to create, implement, and delegate a marketing strategy for audiences in academic and industry markets. An openness to understanding the basic concepts of Systems Thinking will be a plus in order to best create and disseminate content relevant to DynaMundo’s audiences.

Requirements:

 

  1. Proven experience in organizing, planning, writing, and implementing, and scaling social media content 

  2. Think creatively to develop unique marketing campaigns and approaches that set the company apart from competitors.

  3. Impactful graphic design skills

  4. Excellent written and oral communication as well as relationship-building skills, with a strong sense of cultural competency.

  5. Works and communicates effectively within team settings. 

  6. Strong proficiency in English. Fluency in other languages is preferred. 

The position will start as soon as possible; candidates directly available will be prioritized. The position will be a direct partner in the company, with equal stake in profit as compensation.
